These prestigious awards are presented to the top 18U female and 15U male players who have demonstrated outstanding performance in flag football, maintained excellence in academics, and embodied the core values of the NFL:

Adeline Chilek

Josie Clayton
Meet Josie Clayton, a standout for the VA Hurricanes who uplifts her teammates, honors her coaches and opponents, and holds herself to high standards. Her coach praises her Resiliency, noting her ability to balance academics, athletics, and community service.
Sarah Colchamiro
For 16-year-old Sarah Colchamiro, flag football is more than just a game—it’s family. A standout player driven by the NFL's core value of Responsibility to Team, Sarah’s leadership and skill have earned her a spot as a finalist.
Krista Quinn
Introducing Krista Quinn, a wide receiver and linebacker whose relentless effort and passion have driven her to excel in flag football. While the game didn’t come naturally at first, Krista’s hard work and Resiliency have made her a finalist and standout player.
Serenity Simon
Meet Serenity Simon, an all-around player who feels that flag football is her “second home.” A fierce competitor who plays every position, Serenity resonates most with the core value of Resiliency.

Daniel Berry
Daniel Berry, a leader for Metro Select, is known for his strong sense of Responsibility to Team, Daniel consistently steps up in high-pressure situations, making key plays that change the momentum of the game. His resilience was evident during the 2024 Pro Bowl playoffs when he led his team to victory despite losing their starting quarterback, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to supporting his teammates.
Ryan Gist Jr.
Meet Ryan Gist Jr., aka "RJ," a standout player for Fusion. RJ is all about teamwork and is always willing to do whatever it takes to help his team win. He shows Integrity and Responsibility to Team both on and off the field, putting in the hard work when it counts. His determination and humble attitude have earned him multiple MVP votes from his teammates.
Alex Kramer
Meet Alex Kramer, the quarterback for Yorkville who embodies Respect. He honors his teammates, coaches, and opponents while striving for improvement in every aspect of the game. His resilience helps him overcome challenges and inspires his teammates to rally in tough moments.
Gavin Otto
Meet Gavin Otto, a dynamic defender with an incredible ability to dodge defenders, pull flags, and make crucial catches. A key player, Gavin resonates most with the NFL's core value of Resiliency.
Andrew (Drew) Sitar
Andrew Sitar, the 15-year-old field general for Spring Hill Elite, leads by example and thrives on Responsibility to Team. Andrew embodies the spirit of teamwork, always learning from every victory and defeat.
