To support high quality physical education and grow opportunities for students to be active before, during and after school, GENYOUth, with the support of the NFL Foundation, developed a turnkey approach to help America’s P.E. teachers build a foundation of healthy, lifelong physical activity for their students.
Since 2014, over 24,000 FLAG-In-Schools kits have helped 13M students get active.
This kit is a great way to give your students the opportunity to “Play 60” while introducing them to the fast-paced fun of NFL FLAG. Getting 60 minutes of play a day is an essential part of youth leading a healthy lifestyle, and flag football offers a fun way to stay active and build important skills.
Since 2014, over 24,000 FLAG-In-Schools kits have helped 13M students get active!

New this year: NFL FIS Rules of the Game – A dual language resource in both English and Spanish for students to take home and share with their families
FLAG-IN-SCHOOL VIDEOS: 30 new YouTube videos will teach students the fundamentals of flag football, with each lesson closing with a nutrition tip of the day from an informational resource created by Midwest Dairy and SHAPE America.
In these videos, former NFL player Lorenzo Alexander walks through each drill step-by-step and provides coaching tips to help your students improve their new football skills.
We recommend reading through each lesson, watching the videos, and scanning the nutrition tips ahead of time to best prepare your class and set everyone—including you—up for success. It might also be helpful to show your students the diagrams or videos before running each drill.
