Similar to NFL FLAG Regional Tournaments, the 2026 NFL FLAG Championships Presented by Toyota WILL BE A STAY TO PLAY REQUIRED EVENT.

The stay to play guidelines for the 2026 NFL FLAG Championships are as follows: 

  • 15 (fifteen) hotel room nights is the required minimum per team.  

  • Teams may make up these room nights as they see fit. Ex. 5 rooms for 3 nights each. 

  • For leagues with multiple teams participating, the 15-room-night minimum applies per team. Room nights may not be combined or counted across multiple teams. 

  • Hotel rooms not booked through the link provided will NOT count toward the team’s compliance. Not being stay to play compliant will result in the team’s removal from the tournament.

For the safety of everyone attending the NFL FLAG Championships, the NFL’s clear bag policy will be in effect. Please read through the following carefully: 

  • Chairs are permitted. 

  • Tents will NOT be permitted. 

  • No outside food and beverage. Empty water bottles will be allowed in, with refilling stations throughout the complex. 

  • Medical exceptions will be made. 

  • Bags are permitted for participants (coaches and athletes) ONLY.  

  • All bags will go through an X-Ray machine.

The NFL OnePass will be in effect for the NFL FLAG Championships Presented by Toyota and is mandatory for entrance. Registration is FREE for NFL OnePass. Adults 18+ must register themselves, and each adult can register up to 5 minors. If you or a family member do not have a smart phone, you can register for NFL OnePass on your desktop and print the QR code. NFL OnePass will provide fans with the most up-to-date information and Know Before You Go details.

NFL FLAG Team Check-In

Team check-in information will be available and communicated following the Spring 2026 NFL FLAG Regional Tournament Circuit, in mid-June. All coaches and athletes are expected to be present at team check-in. Individual check-in will not take place. Teams will have the option to schedule their exact check-in timeslot. Timing for check-in will vary by division.

UNIFORMS

Athletes will be provided with new NFL FLAG Club specific uniforms and flags to be worn for the tournament. Jerseys and flags received at the regional tournament will not be used for this event.

 

The official 2026 NFL FLAG Championships Presented by Toyota game schedule will be released 2 to 3 weeks prior to the NFL FLAG Championships Presented by Toyota. Teams will be notified when the schedule is released.

Access to the event is FREE, but NFL OnePass registration is mandatory for entry.  All adults 18+ must register themselves, and each adult can register up to five minors.  Registration can be made by downloading the NFL OnePass app in the app store.

NFL Experience is a FREE, family-friendly football festival celebrating the NFL Flag Championships Presented by Toyota. Fans of all ages will be able to participate in interactive games, take photos at exhibits including The Vince Lombardi Trophy, watch all award ceremonies, relax in the family lounge, purchase exclusive NFL FLAG merch, and more!

Concessions and merchandise will be cashless.

All fans will go through airport level screening for entry and must adhere to our prohibited items list. The NFL Clear Bag Policy will be in effect.  Fans are also required to register for NFL OnePass. 

Security screening in and around the NFL Flag Championships Presented by Toyota will be significantly heightened for your safety. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry. The NFL All Clear policy will be in effect.

NFL FLAG Championship is a smoke-free environment. The use of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is prohibited throughout all venues.  
 
Note: Prohibited items and items determined to be inappropriate for entry into the secure perimeter will be the responsibility of the fan and cannot be accepted, stored or checked by the NFL. 
 
Fans are strongly encouraged to refrain from bringing any type of bag to expedite their entry 

Clear Bag Policy:

  • Bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12". (*NFL Clear Bag Policy* will be in effect)
  • Small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5”x6.5” in size with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with a clear plastic bag
  •  Size exceptions will be made for medically necessary items
  • Large bags can be secured at provided lockers, available first come first serve and not guaranteed
  • Strollers and baby carriages will be permitted, subject to screening

Cameras – Small cameras and binoculars will be permitted. Professional grade camera and recording equipment will only be permitted for properly credentialed media.

Reusable Water Bottles – Fans are encouraged to enter with an empty, reusable water bottle for free water filling when inside the perimeter. 

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the event. Food and beverage will be available for purchase within the concession areas around the site.  Alcohol is NOT sold at the NFL FLAG Championships.

NFL events are commonly held in inclement weather. Only in the case of extreme weather that threatens public safety will the event potentially be postponed. In the unlikely event that such a situation occurs, information for fans will be pushed out via the NFL OnePass app and announced over the PA system on-site.

NFL OnePass is your digital access pass to the 2026 NFL FLAG Championship Presented by Toyota and provides fans with up to the minute schedules and Know Before You Go details. Fans can download the app in the App Store or on Google Play. Alternatively, fans can register on the website nfl.com/flagaccess to receive their QR code. Registration is FREE for NFL OnePass – no purchase necessary.

You must be over the age of 18 to register for NFL OnePass. Fans registering will be required to accept the waiver to complete their registration and participate in interactive games. During registration, adults will have the opportunity to add up to 5 minors. If you forget to add a minor during registration, you do not need to re-register. Your QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors (up to five) participating in the activity.

If you entered incorrect information during registration, you will have the ability to edit your mobile phone number in the app. Navigate to the “More” section and click on “Edit Profile”. Please note at this time, no other additional information can be updated.

You do not need to re-register. Your NFL OnePass QR code will be scanned multiple times based on the number of minors participating at that activity.

No. Only adults over the age of 18 will have an NFL OnePass QR code. Each adult must have their own QR code. 

You may register for NFL OnePass on your desktop and print QR code or onsite at the NFL OnePass Fan Services location, our teammates will guide you through the process.  To register on your desktop, please visit nfl.com/flagaccess. For all other methods of registration, fans will receive their NFL OnePass via email.

SECURITY PROTOCOLS

The NFL is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all attendees at the event. Security screening in and around Grand Park Sports Campus will be significantly heightened at each entrance. All items carried by fans will be carefully inspected and potentially prohibited from entry. The number of guests entering and leaving the premises will be closely monitored for the safety of our fans.

Yes. Please see one of teammates to be directed to space for nursing privacy. Changing tables are available in public restrooms.

Yes, strollers are allowed, subject to screening. There is a special security check for medically necessary items.  Wagons are not permitted. 

Yes, service animals (dogs, and in some cases, miniature horses trained to perform work/do tasks for a fan because of a disability) and service animals in training are permitted into the NFL Flag venues and may accompany fans with a disability in all public areas of NFL Flag events (where other fans are permitted). However, other animals, including household pets and emotional support animals will not be admitted.

The 2025 NFL FLAG Championships Presented by Toyota are accessible for fans using mobility devices. Notwithstanding, please note that: (i) it is a large venue with great distances between activities and attractions; (ii) it is outdoors and situated in across city streets and pathways; and (iii)some travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles  

Wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and three or four-wheeled scooters are allowed only for use by fans with mobility disabilities. For safety reasons, requests to use of other power-driven, mobility devices will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Powered wheelchairs may also be charged at an Accessibility Center/Fan Services Center. Fans should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20-amp circuit. 

Accessible portable toilets are available at the ends of each bank of portable toilets throughout ForeverLawn Sports Complex. 

Outside food and drink is not allowed inside the event, unless a fan has special medical dietary restriction. 

A fan requiring insulin or an EPI pen can bring his or her medically necessary materials and medications provided all medicine has a prescription label with the fans name. Out of concern for the festival staff and volunteers who handle the trash, fans should dispose of medical waste and syringes in the proper disposal located at the medical tent. Guests should not dispose of these items in other trash bins at the event. 

NFL Experience will have food vendors that provide special dietary options. Please visit an Accessibility/Fan Services Center for a full list of menu options and further information.
