It goes without saying that it’s important for NFL FLAG league operators to clearly communicate their return and exchange policy to participants.
As a rule of thumb, merchandise purchased during registration is non-refundable but eligible for exchanges. Lettered jerseys and mouth guards are final sales and cannot be exchanged.
To initiate an exchange, parents must submit a merchandise inquiry. We collaborate closely with league operators to facilitate exchanges. Each league operator should establish a protocol for handling exchanges and returns with their participants, using our form and process specifically designed for league uniform exchanges.
Operators can set a timeline for receiving exchange requests from participants before gameplay begins. They may also decide on price points, if any, to offset exchange costs and collect all exchanges to process efficiently with our RCX team. This approach ensures smooth operations and participant satisfaction throughout the season.
