FLAG-IN-SCHOOL VIDEOS: 30 new YouTube videos will teach students the fundamentals of flag football, with each lesson closing with a nutrition tip of the day from an informational resource created by Midwest Dairy and SHAPE America.

In these videos, former NFL player Lorenzo Alexander walks through each drill step-by-step and provides coaching tips to help your students improve their new football skills. 

We recommend reading through each lesson, watching the videos, and scanning the nutrition tips ahead of time to best prepare your class and set everyone—including you—up for success. It might also be helpful to show your students the diagrams or videos before running each drill.
